1.Brush both sides of fish with butter; sprinkle evenly with combined remaining ingredients.
2.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, to make burnt lemon butter, melt butter in small saucepan until brown; stir in juice and onion.
4.Serve fish drizzled with burnt lemon butter; accompany with mashed potatoes, if you like.
