Strawberries and mint in orange syrup

Simple is best when it comes to a refreshing summer dessert, as proven in this lovely dish of juicy orange-infused strawberries, mint and crème fraîche.

1.Stir water and grated palm sugar in small saucepan, over low heat, until sugar dissolves; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, without stirring, about 3 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly.
2.Remove from heat; stir in rind and juice; cool.
3.Combine strawberries and mint in medium bowl with syrup. Divide mixture among bowls; serve with crème fraîche.
