Mixed berry bonbons

With only three ingredients and just five steps this dessert is sure to be a repeat offender. With fresh berries, vanilla ice cream and melted white chocolate it's a festive treat you won't want to resist.

1.Combine the ice-cream and berries in a large bowl; stir gently until just combined. Press the ice-cream into a container; cover, freeze until firm.
2.Line a tray with baking paper. Scoop eight rounds of ice-cream; place on the prepared tray. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
3.Place chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water; stir until just melted. Cool.
4.Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the ice-cream balls. Freeze until firm. Transfer to an airtight container; freeze until ready to serve.
5.Serve bonbons individually in decorative paper cases or piled up on a serving plate.

Suitable to freeze. Chocolate suitable to microwave.
