Mango and White Chocolate Rocky Road CreamsAustralian Women's Weekly



1.Blend or process half of the mango until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, fold in the yoghurt.
2.Beat cream and sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until firm peaks form; fold into mango mixture.
3.Divide half the chopped mango among four serving glasses. Top with half the cream mixture, then rocky road, remaining cream mixture and mango.
