1.Cut each rollette into quarters, divide rollette quarters among six 1½-cup (375ml) serving glasses, pressing into bottoms and sides.
2.Sprinkle pudding mix over milk in medium bowl, whisk until combined. Pour pudding mixture over rollettes, sprinkle with strawberries. Cover glasses, refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.
3.Beat cream, sugar and a drop of food colouring in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Spoon equal amounts of cream mixture over each glass of royale mixture.
