Butterscotch bananas

The luxurious flavour of these butterscotch bananas completely belies the ease with which they are prepared. These sticky, caramelised morsels can only be enhanced by lashings of the creamy nougat yoghurt topping.

1.Melt butter with sugar in large frying pan. Add bananas; cook, over low heat, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until caramelised.
2.Beat cream in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form; fold in yogurt and nougat.
3.Serve bananas topped with nougat cream and sprinkled with nuts.
