1.Divide one-third of the sauce among six ¾-cup (180ml) glasses; divide half the chocolate, nuts, ice-cream and banana among glasses.
2.To make the caramel sauce: Stir ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Cool.
3.Repeat layering process, ending with a layer of sauce.
