1.Grease a deep 17cm round cake pan; line base with paper, grease paper.
2.Cream butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, add egg, beat until combined. Fold in sifted flour and milk. Spread into prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon topping and walnuts, bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool.
3.Cinnamon Topping: Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Keeping time, 1 day.
