1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.Cut pastry sheet into quarters. Fold 1cm border around each pastry square; press firmly. Place pastry on oven tray.
3.Spread fruit mince in centre of each square; top with apple slices. Brush apples with egg; sprinkle with combined sugar and spice.
4.Bake tarts about 20 minutes.
