Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Oil deep 20cm square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper.
2.Whisk eggs, cream and rind in medium bowl.
3.Combine onion, dill and capers in small bowl.
4.Scatter a third of the onion mixture in pan; top with half the salmon then pour in half the egg mixture. Sprinkle with half the remaining onion mixture and the remaining salmon. Top with remaining onion mixture, then pour in remaining egg mixture.
5.Bake frittata about 30 minutes or until set; stand 5 minutes before cutting
