Method

1.Using serrated knife, slice shallow lid from top of loaf; remove soft bread inside loaf, leaving 2cm-thick shell.
2.Place half the rocket inside bread shell; top with salmon, onion, capers, avocado, cucumber, egg then remaining rocket. Replace lid; press down firmly.
3.Tie loaf with kitchen string then wrap tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate 2 hours or until required.
