Pesto, artichoke and prosciutto pizza

1.Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F. Oil two oven or pizza trays; place in heated oven for 5 minutes.
2.Place pizza bases on trays, spread with pesto; top with tomato, artichoke and cheese, season.
3.Bake pizzas about 15 minutes or until bases are browned and crisp. Top with prosciutto; sprinkle with basil.

Squeeze artichokes before halving to remove the excess moisture.
