Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).
2.Rinse and drain potatoes; halve. Trim asparagus.
3.Place four large squares of baking paper on top of four large squares of foil. Layer potato and asparagus on squares; top with fish. Drizzle with juice and oil; season.
4.Fold parcels to enclose fish in foil; place on oven tray.
5.Bake parcels about 15 minutes.
