Honey soy roasted vegetables

Honey and soy and a sprinkle of sesame seeds give these roasted vegetables a delicious flavour and texture.

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
2.Peel vegetables except pumpkin, cut into chunks. Place pumpkin on oven tray in single layer, place remaining vegetables on another oven tray in single layer. Drizzle both trays with combined oils. Roast 45 minutes or until golden and tender, shaking trays occasionally. (Pumpkin will be cooked before other vegetables. Remove pumpkin after 30 minutes.)
3.Meanwhile, stir honey, seeds, butter and sauce in small saucepan over heat until combined.
4.Combine roasted vegetables on one tray, drizzle over honey mixture. Roast another 10 minutes, shaking tray occasionally, until vegetables are glazed and sesame seeds toasted.

If white kumara is difficult to find, use parsnip instead.
