Method

1.Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF. Cut ciabatta into cubes; combine bread in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic and chives.
2.Place bread, in a single layer, on an oven tray; toast, in oven, turning occasionally, for 12 minutes or until browned lightly and crisp.
