You won’t believe this delicious cake has only five ingredients. The moist coffee walnut cake is set off with a crunchy streusel topping.

1.Preheat the oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan; line base and two long sides with baking paper.
2.Prepare cake as for sour cream coffee cake. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
3.To make walnut streusel, combine flour and sugar in a medium bowl; rub in butter, using fingertips, until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in half the walnuts.
4.Sprinkle walnut streusel on cake mixture in pan. Sprinkle over remaining walnuts. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
