These little melt-in-your-mouth biscuits have a gently spiced and caramelised flavour, which is why they work so well added to sweet treats.

We’ve even taken the classic melting moment and given it a Biscoff twist. Whether you’re in need of a show-stopping dessert, or a crowd-pleasing afternoon tea, there’s a recipe here for you.
What is Biscoff made of?
Biscoff is a sweet, spiced biscuit with a caramelised flavour, similar to the classic speculaas biscuit from Belgium and The Netherlands. It is available as a biscuit and also as a spread, with a smooth and crunchy version available, like peanut butter.
Excitingly, Biscoff has also launched their own tubs of flavoured ice-cream, as well as ice-cream sandwiches made with Biscoff biscuits.
