1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line two oven trays.
2.Peel, core and thinly slice pears.
3.Place three sheets of fillo on board, cover remaining sheets with baking paper then a damp tea towel to prevent them drying out. Spray each sheet of uncovered pastry with cooking-oil.
4.Place half of 1 sliced pear lengthways down centre of pastry, top with 1 teaspoon each of the sugar and the spread.
5.Fold in two long sides of pastry then roll from one narrow side to enclose filling. Place parcel, seam-side down, on tray. Repeat process with remaining pastry, pear, sugar and spread.
6.Spray parcels with cooking-oil spray. Bake about 10 minutes or until browned lightly.
