Method
1.Using lightly oiled scissors, chop turkish delight into small squares. Coarsely chop the nuts.
2.Sprinkle half of turkish delight, nuts, marshmallows and cranberries into the holes of two 12-hole 1 tablespoon/20ml silicone mini muffin pans.
3.Break chocolate into a medium saucepan; stir over a low heat until smooth. Pour chocolate into the pan holes, making sure chocolate runs to the base. Sprinkle tops with remaining turkish delight, nuts, marshmallows and cranberries; press gently into chocolate. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
4.Turn the bonbons out of the pans; wrap individually in cellophane or
