Using a serrated knife, level cake tops so cakes are the same height. Secure cakes to 90cm-square covered cake board with a little butter cream. Tint butter cream yellow; spread all over top and sides of cakes.

Using scissors, cut heads from Snakes Alive; tie tails into knots. Cut the red and orange Jelly Beans into quarters. Cut the remaining Jelly Beans and Jubes in half lengthways. Using the picture as a guide, arrange Snakes Alive, Jelly Beans, Jubes, Ripe Raspberries and Wonka Nerds on cakes.

Use a pair of clean tweezers to position the tiny Wonka Nerds and other small lollies.
