Ingredients
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 cup white cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
3 green onions, (scallions) thinly sliced
Method
1. Place mayonnaise and white wine vinegar in a screw-top jar, shake well.
2. Place dressing in a large bowl with white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and green onions (scallions), toss gently to combine.
