Coleslaw
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 cup white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
  • 3 green onions, (scallions) thinly sliced

Method

Coleslaw

    Place mayonnaise and white wine vinegar in a screw-top jar, shake well.

    Place dressing in a large bowl with white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and green onions (scallions), toss gently to combine.
