Vine-ripened tomatoes and goat cheese in walnut dressing
1.Place one slice of tomato on each serving plate; top with a slice of cheese.
2.In a small jug, combine remaining ingredients, apart from nuts.
3.Repeat layering, sprinkling nuts and dressing between layers.
Hazelnuts can be substituted for walnuts in this recipe, and, if you have hazelnut or walnut oil on hand, use one of these, rather than the olive oil. Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
