Tamari, lime and sesame vegetables

Lend a bit of colour to your plate, and a spring to your step, with this healthy and delicious recipe for tamari, lime and sesame vegetables.

1.Heat vegetable oil in wok; stir-fry chilli, ginger, garlic, carrot, capsicum, shiitake mushrooms, corn and gai lan stems with the water, until vegetables are tender.
2.Add gai lan leaves, enoki mushrooms, snow peas, stock, tamari, juice and sesame oil; stir-fry until hot. Season to taste.
3.Sprinkle with seeds; serve with lime wedges.
