1 tablespoon kecap manis

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

4 small_piece iceberg lettuce leaves

1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly

Method

1.Stir-fry turkey in heated oiled wok until changed in colour. Add kecap manis, sugar and sauce; stir-fry until mixture is sticky and slightly dry. Season to taste.

2.Divide mince mixture between lettuce leaves; sprinkle with chilli.
