Satay beef skewers

Satay sauce is a sauce made from roasted peanuts and is widely used in the cuisines of Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China.

1.Mix coconut cream, crunchy peanut butter, garlic, chilli, fish sauce and kecap manis in medium jug.
2.Thread beef onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Brush ½ cup of the satay sauce over beef. Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Bring remaining satay sauce to a boil in small saucepan; drizzle over skewers to serve. Goes well with steamed rice.
