1.Place beef and the water in a small saucepan; bring to the boil. Boil for 3 minutes or until beef is cooked through. Skim foam from the surface with a slotted spoon. Stir spinach into pan; cook for 1 minute or until wilted. Reserve ½ cup of the cooking water; drain.
2.Blend or process beef and spinach with the kidney beans, adding only enough of the reserved cooking water until you have the desired consistency.
