1.Cut French bread stick into approximately 1cm slices.
2.Place bread slices on an oven tray and bake in an 180C preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
3.Finely grate ½ tsp lime rind from the lime, then cut the lime in half and squeeze to extract juice. Mix mayonnaise with the lime rind, juice and garlic.
4.Peel and devien prawns then cut in half lengthways. Place 2 prawn halves on each toasted bread slice, top with a small dollop of lime aioli and a sprig of dill. Serve straightaway.
