Method
Orange and oregano marinated greenolives
1.Layer green olives, orange slices cut into quarters and 5 sprigs fresh oregano into hot sterilised 1-litre (4 cup) jar.
2.Gently heat olive oil, orange juice and whole black pepper in small saucepan. Pour enough of the oil mixture into jar to cover olives completely, leaving 1cm space between olives and top of jar, seal while hot.
oil will solidify on refrigeration, bring to room temperature before serving.
