Quick & Easy July 31, 2010 Chorizo cheese puffs Makes 40 Item Cook 40M Women's Weekly Food Print Ingredients 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour 1/2 cup (125ml) water 2 eggs, beaten lightly 2 (340g) chorizo sausages, chopped finely 1 small_piece (150g) red capsicum, chopped finely 1/2 cup (40g) parmesan cheese, finely grated 3 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped 2 teaspoon ground cumin vegetable oil, for deep-frying Method 1.Sift flour into medium bowl, stir in the water, egg, sausage, capsicum, cheese, garlic, chives and cumin. 2.Heat oil in large saucepan, drop tablespoons of mixture into hot oil, cook until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
