Quick & Easy September 30, 2010 Chinese water spinach with crispy noodles Serves 6 Cook 15M Women's Weekly Food Print Ingredients 360 gram chinese water spinach 2 (150g) trimmed sticks celery, sliced thinly 250 gram cherry tomatoes, halved 6 green onions, sliced thinly 100 gram packet fried noodles 1/3 cup (35g) pecans, toasted, sliced thinly 1/4 cup (60ml) peanut oil 2 tablespoon white vinegar 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil Method 1.Boil, steam or microwave spinach until just wilted, drain. 2.Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
