Method

1.Make roquefort dressing. Combine mustard, vinegar and cheese in small bowl. Gradually whisk in the oil until the mixture becomes thick.
2.Cook bacon in large oiled frying pan until crisp, chop coarsely.
3.Place lettuce in large serving bowl with remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, toss gently to combine.
