Method

1.Melt butter in medium saucepan; cook onion, stirring, until softened. Add sugar and vinegar; cook, stirring, over low heat, about 10 minutes or until onion is caramelised.
2.Stir in cheese and crème fraîche until smooth. Cool. Cover; refrigerate until cold. Stir in parsley.
