Method
1.Process apricots, linseed, almonds and apple for 1 minute or until mixture is the consistency of breadcrumbs. Add honey, tahini and orange blossom water; process for a further minute or until mixture clings together when pressed.
2.Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls; wet your hands every third or fourth ball to stop the mixture from sticking. Roll balls in coconut; place on 
a tray; refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
