1.Cook 8 lean beef chipolata sausages in heated oiled medium frying pan until browned and cooked through.
2.Split 8 mini oval dinner rolls, spread with sauce. Fill rolls with rocket (arugula) leaves, cheese and sausages.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover sausages, sausages can be served hot or cold.
