1.Cook noodles in medium saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry gai lan stems and broccolini until tender. Add noodles, gai lan leaves, snow peas, sauce, vinegar, stock and wasabi; stir-fry until hot. Season to taste.
3.Serve stir-fry sprinkled with seeds.
To toast sesame seeds, dry-fry them in a small pan until they pop. Make sure you watch them closely, as they burn easily.Note
