1.Cut steaks in half horizontally.
2.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook steaks, in batches, until browned and cooked through. Stand 5 minutes; cut into thin strips.
3.Place turkey in large bowl with sauce, onion and juice; toss to combine.
4.Heat tortillas according to manufacturer’s instructions.
5.Spread each tortilla with a quarter of each avocado. Divide turkey mixture, spinach and snow pea sprouts among tortillas; roll to enclose filling.
