Lime and ginger dressing

Method

1.To make the lime and ginger dressing: Combine ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
2.Using a vegetable peeler, slice mango into thin ribbons.
3.In a medium bowl, combine oil and fish. On a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue), cook fish for about 2-4 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
4.Return fish to same cleaned bowl with chilli and seeds; toss gently to combine.
5.In another medium bowl, combine mango with remaining ingredients and dressing.
6.Serve salad topped with fish.
