Method

1.In a heated large deep frying pan, cook paste over medium heat, stirring for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
2.Add prawns, vegetables, sauce, water and coconut milk; bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until prawns change colour and sauce thickens.
3.Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with basil before serving.
