Method

1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet instructions. Drain well. Keep hot.
2.Meanwhile. heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute bacon 5-6 minutes. until crisp. Add anchovies. onion and garlic. and saute 1 minute.
3.Add hot pasta to pan with parmesan and herbs. Toss well to coat and season to taste. Sprinkle with extra parmesan to serve.

Serve drizzled with a little extra-virgin olive oil if liked.
