Method

1.Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork; drain.
2.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry chicken until cooked through. Remove from wok.
3.Add capsicum, chestnut, onion, garlic and the water to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes.
4.Return chicken to wok with buk choy, drained noodles and sauces; stir-fry until buk choy is wilted.
