Method

1.Cook rice in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in wok; stir-fry peas, gai lan stems, beans, garlic, chilli and zucchini until stems are just tender.
3.Add sauces, gai lan leaves and nuts; stir-fry until leaves are just wilted. Serve with rice.
