Spiced lamb cutlets with tomato and herb salad

This is a bright and colourful summery dish with lots of big flavours and great textures.

1.Combine spices in a small bowl; sprinkle spice mixture over both sides of cutlets.
2.Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat; cook cutlets about 3 minutes each side or until cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion, herbs and juice in a small bowl; season to taste. Place mesclun in another small bowl; drizzle over balsamic glaze.
4.Serve lamb with salads, bread and lemon wedges.
