1.Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat and add onion. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Add the mince and seasoning. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until mince is browned and cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, preheat oven 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Place the pizza bases onto oven trays lined with baking paper. Spread tomato passata over the bases; top with the chicken mince mixture, red capsicum and jalapenos. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned lightly.
3.Serve with combined sour cream and coriander.
Unbaked pizzas suitable to freeze.
