Spaghetti with anchovies, olives and rocket

Super simple and seriously tasty, this spaghetti with anchovies, olives and rocket is the ideal mid-week dinner.

Method

1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain, return pasta to pan.
2.Meanwhile, halve 200g of the tomatoes.
3.Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in medium frying pan; cook anchovies, garlic and chilli, stirring, until soft and fragrant. Add all tomatoes to pan; stir until combined.
4.Toss tomato mixture through spaghetti with olives, rocket and remaining oil.
