1.Dust tuna steaks with cajun seasoning.
2.Preheat broiler to high; broil tuna 2 minutes each side or until cooked as desired.
3.Combine tomato, mint and juice in medium bowl; season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4.Serve tuna on a bed of spinach topped with tomato salad.
