Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave carrot and zucchini, separately, until tender.
2.Score fish skin. Cook fish, skin-side down, in heated oiled large frying pan about 5 minutes. Turn fish; cook about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
3.Add the water and marinade to pan; stir until hot. Serve fish with sauce and vegetables.
