1.Grease and line a 26x16cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
2.Process biscuits to make fine crumbs. Add butter, process until combined. Press evenly onto base of prepared pan. Chill until required.
3.Using an electric mixer, beat cheese and milk in a large bowl until combined and smooth. Add juice and passionfruit, beat until combined. Spoon over biscuit base, smooth surface. Chill, 6 hours, or overnight until set. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
