1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease ramekins. Cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain.
2.Heat oil in frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
3.Stir in cream and broccoli florets. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickened slightly.
4.Add pasta, salmon and chopped parsley. Season to taste.
5.Spoon into prepared dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
