1.Drain and flake the tuna. Cut broccolini stalks in halve lengthways then into 4cm lengths.
2.Add curry paste and 2 tblsp of the coconut milk to a large frypan, stir over heat until fragrant. Stir in remaining coconut milk and bring to the boil.
3.Reduce heat, stir in tuna and broccolini, simmer uncovered for about 2 minutes, until broccolini is just tender.
4.Meanwhile soften noodles as directed on packet then add to frypan. Stir to coat noodles evenly with curry sauce and to heat through. Stir in coriander
