Red chicken curry

A simple yet rich and delicious Thai-style red chicken curry from Australian Women's Weekly.

1.Heat oil in wok; cook chicken, in batches, until browned lightly.
2.Cook curry paste and onion in wok, stirring, about 2 minutes or until fragrant.
3.Return chicken to wok with sauce and coconut milk; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4.Serve topped with sliced chilli.
